Export and take your data with you

Your data belongs to you, and KeySuite now gives you a straightforward way to retrieve it, whenever you need to.

Your personal data, a click away

From the Privacy tab of your profile, you can request an export of all your personal data. You receive a download link by email and get a complete archive, readable and reusable. This is the right to data portability set out by the GDPR, available to you directly in the application, with nothing to request elsewhere.

Your organisation too

Administrators can export all of their organisation’s data from the settings. Content, documents and files, directory, billing information: everything is gathered into a single archive. Handy for a backup, an internal audit, or simply to keep control of your information.

Transparency and control

This export builds on the privacy preferences already available in the application. The goal stays the same: letting you stay in control of what concerns you, with full clarity.
